Stories,
kept on film.

A professional 45–60 minute film of one person’s life, told in their own voice and kept for the people who come after.

Made by Paul Daffey — writer and journalist of thirty years.

Why a film

Most of us carry a whole life of stories we’ve never properly told. Not even to our own family.

A childhood by the river. The love of a lifetime. How a business was built from nothing. The glorious heights of a footy career, or the quiet rewards of a life spent serving others. Many of us would love to pass these on, and have no idea where to start.

That is the part I take care of. I spent thirty years as a journalist, and I have just always liked asking people about their lives. Let me sit with you, draw the stories out, and turn them into a film of real craft — so your memories carry on long after the telling.

  • A childhood by the river
  • The love of my life
  • How I built the business
  • My years in footy
  • A life of service
