All prices include GST. A film is paid 50% to begin and 50% on delivery of the final cut.

The making
- Background calls with family and friends
- Sourcing your photographs and any old home footage
- Two filmed interviews, an hour each, at a place of your choosing
- Two cameras, with lighting where it is needed
- Editing, with rounds of your feedback
What you keep
- A 45–60 minute final cut of a life
- The finished film by digital transfer
- A hard drive with the interviews, final cut, photos and videos
- A 2-minute trailer
Good to know
The details behind the price.
Payment
50 per cent to begin with and 50 per cent on delivery of the final cut, by electronic transfer. Invoices by email. Changes can still be made to the final cut after the balance has been paid.
Travel
I film right across Victoria. Travel beyond a 100 km radius is charged at 88 cents per kilometre — the rate set by the ATO. For both the interviewer and the videographer.
Timing
Around five to six weeks end to end: a week of background interviews, a day of filming, a fortnight for the first edit and a fortnight for changes.
